“Any parent can relate to the crazy things their kids do, but Sinbad may top the list after almost burning down his parent’s house as a child. He says some of his zaniness helped him develop as an entertainer.
“I wanted to be Flame On from Fantastic Four. I wanted to have super powers. I found out three years ago that I had ADHD. I took the test as a joke. Everybody was mad at me, cause I couldn’t finish anything. I was like I was done as far as I can go. ADHD serves you well as an entertainer. People are medicating these kids. Leave them alone. It’s a gift in a way, because you are truly free to move on to other stuff. If it doesn’t work out, I was done anyway.”
