The Omaha Police Officers Association came under fire from the city’s police chief, the ACLU and at least one community leader after using this youtube video of an infant cursing and violent talk with adults to address the problems and warnings of so called “The Thug Cycle” in their community.
Many say the move needlessly antagonizes the city’s minority communities, who make upone quarter of Omaha’s 409,000 residents.
