Today Stevie Wonder turns 60. He’s accomplished more than many could have ever dreamed in those 60 years. Things like being one of the first African Americans to perform on television to recording more than thirty U.S. top ten hits and winning 22 Grammy Awards (the most won by any solo artist) as well as a Lifetime Achievement Award.

Stevie has passed through the decades spreading the same message and serving the same purpose, to wake us up make us remember what life is about, love, peace, respect, and fighting for what’s right.
Stevie has impacted the lives of many generations and has remained relevant when so many come and go. Remember seeing Stevie on his album covers in the 70’s all skinny with the Shaft look? Remember Stevie on the Cosby Show, “Jammin on the one, jammin on the one”. Wait, but do you remember Stevie in that Volkswagen commercial? That was this year and he still is the man. See what I mean, timeless.
