Michael Pera, founder of Ubiquiti Networks (multinational technology company started in 2005) , became one of the newest owners of a NBA franchise after closing on a $377 million deal to purchase (along with multiple local minority investors, including Justin Timberlake) the Memphis Grizzlies last fall.

Since taking the helms he’s changed the front office, locker room, coaching staff and watched his team have the most successful season in its history.  He’s even chatted with Grizzlie fans on their message board.

Lately, he’s been showning an interest in mixing it up on the court with NBA players past and present.  He’s trash talked  Dikembe Mutombo, Toronto Raptors swingman Landry Fields and even Grizzlies defensive stopper Tony Allen all in the name of charity.

Pera’s Grizzlies fans and Twitter followers suggested a game with tech billionaire and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, but he’s set his sights on another owner that has had an impressive resume in the NBA: Michael Jordan!

Does the owner have game?  He reportedly trains with former San Jose State University player Terry Cannon.  Watch him below and decide for yourself.

Charlotte Bobcats owner, Michael Jordan, recently made claims that in his prime there were a handful of all-time greats, including LeBron James, that he would’ve taken down in one-on-one games.  For whatever reason, Pera believes that he can beat M.J. and he’s willing to bet a million bucks to the charity of Mike’s choice on his ability to take advantage of the 15-year age difference between him and Mike J.
