It’s been over 2 years since I started to drop excess pounds and inches using the Quick Weight Loss Center program. I was almost 300 lbs with a 52 inch waist. I dropped 72 lbs and 12 inches off my waist.

When I went in to the Kirby location for my free consultation they asked me what I had to eat that day and the day before. I didn’t eat that poorly, although I have always had a weakness for sweets. But, they discovered that I would eat late in the evenings and I always skipped breakfast. And I had skipped it for almost 7 years.

When I started DJ’ing on the Madd Hatta Morning Show in 2004 I got up at 5am and would skipped breakfast altogether. After the show was over I would finally eat around 11a or 12p. I was starving myself and causing my body to store excess fat.

Bottom line: Make sure you eat breakfast every morning within the first 30 minutes of waking up. A glass of water, piece of fruit, a lean protein, and piece of toast will kick start your metabolism and help you reach your weight loss goals.
