The reality television scripts are getting way too real.
Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams filed a lawsuit against arch nemesis Evelyn Lozada’s assistant Nia Crooks for slapping the hell out of her. Many involved with the show believed Jennifer filed the lawsuit to keep enough drama surrounding her to get on season five of the hit VH1 show. If that is Jennifer’s motive for suing Nia Crooks, her plan is backfiring.
Producers are seething at the fact Williams decided to sue Crooks because they say she never had a problem fighting on the show before. Sources close to the show say Williams was already treading on razor thin ice before the altercation with Crooks took place. Now that she’s suing, producers are reaching their breaking point.
A source added, “Filing broad lawsuits when you are as much to blame for the drama, is not the way to get your contract extended.”
It sounds like Jennifer is caught between a rock and a hard place. Should she drop the lawsuit in order to be on the show or stick with the lawsuit and have her only income be from her lip gloss line?
