After 11,590 votes, Jill Scott has beaten out Nicki Minaj, Drake and even Beyonce in our “Who Represents Black Music In 2011” poll. Jill, who’s album “Light Of The Sun” just debuted at #1 on the Billboard Charts recently lost 50 pounds adding to her sexy. Out of the 11,590 votes Jill stole 1,096. Chris Brown came in second, followed by Beyonce.
