Comedian Kevin Hart quit his job as a shoe salesman and took a chance on a career in comedy.  By all accounts his act of faith has paid off. His performance in big comedy shows has led him to be in feature films such as Paper Soldiers, Scary Movie 3, Along Came Polly, and Scary Movie 4.. Hart served as writer, co-executive producer and star of the 2004 ABC sitcom The Big House. In 2005 he won a Platinum Mic Viewers Choice Award at the BET Comedy Awards.

Hart’s latest venture is “Death At a Funeral,” which hits theaters Friday.  Seven days later (April 24) Hart will perform in Charlotte at Ovens Auditorium. Show starts at 8 pm.
