The father figure that John Amos played in Good Times came out during a recent interview with a Cincinnati radio station. During the interview Amos responded to a caller’s reaction about domestic violence on television and in film. The conversation moved from the caller’s reaction to the Chris Brown and Rihanna domestic dispute from 2009. As a result, Amos discusses what he – and any good father figure – would do if their child kept having temper tantrums like Chris Brown.
