It seems like the disdain for misogynistic lyrics isn’t relegated to adults and young adults anymore. A 10-year old girl out of Baltimore posted an open letter to Lil Wayne asking him why he hates women so much. The letter is presented over the track for Lil Wayne’s song, “Single,” and includes a line where the girl asks him if he talks to his daughter the way he does to women in his songs.
Deep.
It’s a great show for how our girls are starting to stand up for themselves, their image and their bodies.
