The hottest entertainment story for the last two days has been the reported deal that The Michael Jackson estate signed a $200 million contract with Sony for 10 projects over seven years. The Associated Press reported that it’s the biggest recording deal in history and will include an album of never-before-released material to be issued in November. Jackson’s posthumous album “This Is It” counts toward the deal.

The question is will the unreleased material be any good? The single “This Is It” was weak, and Jackson’s last album doesn’t stay in rotation in my iPod. What do you think?
